Who we are

A community-rooted organisation for people and nature

Save Environment and People Agency (SEPA) is a legally registered, non-profit civil society organisation founded in 2004 by Mailes Zulu Muke. Our mandate is to transform rural communities by addressing the effects of climate change, promoting environmental sustainability and supporting social enterprises that improve the lives of vulnerable households.

We are community-focused, pro-women, pro-poor and pro-environment, working through grassroots, district and provincial structures.
